DIY blueberries!

It’s been a while since my last post, but now I’m back with an important piece of advice for you!

Blueberries simply burst with healthiness, right? But there is a way to boost that healthiness even more: pick the blueberries you eat with your own bare hands! That way, you get to spend time outside in a forest (which clears your head) AND you get a workout (you WILL feel those muscles afterwards!) – both those great benefits before you even eat those little blue health bombs!

(Although who am I kidding here? How could anyone not eat them while picking them?? They’re irresistible!)



So book your flight to Finland today! (That’s right, I’m spending my summer holidays in Finland where forests are bursting with blueberries right now!)
